- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems, Business Administration, or related fields (advanced student or graduate).




- 3+ years of experience in functional analysis, product, or similar roles in digital environments, fintech, or banking.
- Strong skills in Excel, SQL (basic), and familiarity with Google Analytics, Amplitude, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative work style.
- Intermediate English (ability to read and understand technical documentation).

Nice-to-have skills:
