Description Overview
We are looking for a Senior React Native Developer to join a new mobile development initiative currently in the discovery phase, expected to start within the next month.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to technical decisions during the discovery and development phases
Lead and guide the development team, ensuring best practices and high-quality delivery
Evaluate and implement integrations between the mobile app and existing web-based APIs
Manage development flow, priorities, and timelines in coordination with stakeholders
Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in software development
Strong hands-on experience with React Native
Experience with Expo
Experience leading or mentoring development teams
Strong organizational and self-management skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
Experience working in early-stage or discovery-phase projects
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Experience working with international teams or clients
5 years
