Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to streamline decision-making processes and reduce time-to-hire.
- Manage high-volume end to end recruiting processes for different clients in LATAM region.
- Utilize AI-powered sourcing tools and automation to maximize efficiency and hiring output.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews monthly across multiple time zones.
- Track and report on key recruiting metrics.
- Collaborate with other HR related areas to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to maintain pipeline velocity.
- Provide regular updates on hiring processes and forecasts.





Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- 3+ years of experience in full life cycle talent acquisition at a fast paced corporate environment or talent acquisition agency.
- Fluent in English.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office package (mainly PowerPoint and Excel).
- Strong time management skills, and the ability to consistently prioritize and re-prioritize.
