Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition
- Conduct pre-screenings and virtual first interviews.
- Complete documentation follow-ups and collaborate with hiring managers for final selections.
Staffing & Scheduling
- Create and manage caregiver schedules to ensure full client coverage.
- Handle shift changes, call-offs, and scheduling conflicts.
- Perform clock-in/clock-out verifications.
- Monitor staffing levels and proactively address gaps.
- Coordinate scheduling needs between caregivers and clients.
Client Relations
- Serve as the operational point of contact for franchise owners and clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Address and escalate client concerns as necessary.
- Participate in client meetings and provide status updates.
Prospecting & Business Development
- Support onboarding and setup for new clients.
- Assist with operational elements of prospect conversations.
- Identify opportunities to expand service offerings.
General Operations
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Handle inbound calls and communicate professionally with challenging personalities.
- Maintain accurate records using Excel, Dropbox, cloud platforms, and AxisCare.
- Collaborate daily with a distributed team via Zoom video calls.
Required Qualifications & SkillsCommunication Skills
- Excellent English proficiency (C1) with mínimal to no accent.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Comfortable being on live Zoom video calls throughout the workday.
- Professional phone presence and client-facing communication style.
Technical Skills
- Fast typing speed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Dropbox and cloud-based file sharing.
