Responsibilities
- Conduct in‑depth interviews with clients to understand their specific requirements and expectations.
- Identify the key skills, competencies, and traits required for the position
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align client expectations with market realities.
- Provide regular updates to the client and internal stakeholders about the progress of the search.
- Renegotiate with clients when necessary to ensure process continuity.
- Ensure reporting and documentation are always accurate and up to date.
- Meet individual goals and contribute to the achievement of general team targets.

Required Skills:
- 2-3+ years of previous client‑facing experience, preferably in sales or recruitment.
- Exceptional communication and empathy skills.
- Ability to interpret and translate client needs into clear requirements.
- Highly energetic personality with a sales‑oriented mindset.
- Strong results orientation and time‑management abilities.
