What you’ll do

This position also involves analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing technical solutions, debugging software issues, and leading incident remediation activities to support overall product quality and operational excellence.

Your main tasks are:
- Identify and drive opportunities to improve test automation, tooling, and quality management processes to ensure all delivered features meet product and customer requirements.
- Investigate customer‑reported issues escalated by the technical support team, reproduce and validate defects,



and create and maintain comprehensive bug reports.
- Develop automated end-to-end test scenarios and contribute to the delivery of new features and services from inception to release.
- Lead and facilitate incident remediation and problem‑management activities to ensure prompt resolution and effective root‑cause analysis with necessary reports and team coordination.
- Analyze business requirements, conduct technical assessments, and implement features and enhancements both remotely and onsite within distributed regional and global teams as part of an Agile Release Train (ART).
- Collaborate closely with developers, UX designers, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Utilize experience with Python, SQL, GitHub, and CI/CD practices to support the development and optimization of CPQ and related systems.
