Position Overview

We are looking for an Associate Sysadmin (L0/L1 Support) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you Will provide first-level support to engineering teams working on high-end electronic design software, supporting the operation of on-premise Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery

(CI/CD) pipelines.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, help maintain development environments for hundreds of active projects, and ensure smooth operations across a globally distributed team.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-level (L0/L1) technical support for CI/CD environments and development tools.
- Monitor and assist with issues related to Jenkins pipelines and software builds.
- Troubleshoot basic Linux-related problems and escalate as needed.
- Collaborate with C/C++ developers to ensure development infrastructure runs smoothly.
- Document common issues, resolutions, and internal procedures for knowledge sharing.
- Support scripting and automation tasks in Bash, Python, or Perl.

Qualifications





- Currently enrolled in or completed at least 3 years of a degree in Computer Science,
- Engineering, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of Linux and operating systems.
- Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Perl.
- Entry-level knowledge of C/C++ development.
- Exposure to CI/CD tools, especially Jenkins, and basic DevOps practices.
- Fluent English (B1+).
