Role Description The Bioquímico will perform routine and specialized clinical laboratory analyses, including sample reception, preparation, and processing, following established protocols and safety standards. This full-time, on-site role in Mendoza involves validating and interpreting results, ensuring accurate documentation, and collaborating with medical professionals to support timely diagnosis and treatment. The Bioquímico will participate in quality control procedures, maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, and contribute to continuous improvement of laboratory practices.





The role also includes staying current with relevant biochemical and clinical guidelines, supporting internal research or method validation projects, and providing clear, respectful communication to colleagues and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Laboratory Skills and practical experience with clinical analysis procedures.
- Candidates should possess solid Quality Control and Analytical Skills to ensure reliable and accurate diagnostic results.
- Candidates should possess a sound foundation in Chemistry and applied biochemistry relevant to clinical laboratory work.
- Candidates should possess Research skills to support method validation, process improvement, and evidence-based practice.
- Professional degree in Biochemistry or equivalent, with valid authorization to practice in Argentina.
- Knowledge of clinical laboratory regulations, biosafety standards, and good laboratory practices.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a structured environment, and commitment to ethical and patient-centered care.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Previous experience in a clinical laboratory setting is highly valued.
