Position Overview

Statiq is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and client-focused Client Manager to own and strengthen the client experience throughout the customer lifecycle.

This is role responsible for managing a team, client relationships, coordinating creative production workflows, and ensuring projects move efficiently from request to delivery. The Client Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, partnering closely with Designers, Ad Concept Specialists, Marketing Assistants, and Operations to deliver an outstanding client experience while continuously improving internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of client accounts as the primary point of contact throughout the engagement.
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional customer service.




- Guide clients through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition into ongoing account management.
- Review incoming creative requests to ensure briefs are complete, clear, and ready for production.
- Coordinate with internal creative teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
- Track project progress, monitor timelines, and communicate updates proactively to clients.
- Manage revisions, approvals, and client feedback while ensuring efficient workflow management.
- Follow up on missing assets, pending approvals, and outstanding requests to minimize production delays.
- Identify client risks, remove operational bottlenecks, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Schedule and facilitate client meetings, onboarding calls, and alignment sessions when required.
- Maintain accurate client documentation and project tracking across internal systems.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to continuously improve client processes and operational efficiency.
- Support client retention through proactive engagement and relationship management.
- Ensure a high-quality client experience while balancing internal priorities and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

- 2–5+ years of experience in Client Management, Customer Success, Account Management, Project Management, or a related client-facing role.
- Experience working in a startup, scale-up, agency, or remote environment is preferred.
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and problem-solving ability.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Experience using collaboration and project management tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Figma, Asana, Notion, or similar platforms is a plus.
