Compensation: $1,000- $1,500/month

About the role

- EXP Group is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our newly centralized Customer Service & Collections team. This role owns day-to-day customer support and collections activity for an assigned portfolio of accounts, working closely with Sales and Finance.

What you'll do





- Respond to customer inquiries and provide day-to-day account support
- Support vendor and customer onboarding
- Perform credit checks and help maintain credit limits and account holds
- Process invoice adjustments
- Manage collections for an assigned portfolio of accounts, following a standardized collections cadence and escalation process
- Coordinate with Sales and Finance to resolve account issues

Qualifications

- Prior experience in customer service and collections required
- Fluent English required, both written and spoken
- Able to work Eastern Time business hours
- Comfortable managing a portfolio of accounts independently and taking ownership of outcomes
- Detail-oriented, organized, able to follow standardized processes for credit checks, account holds, and collections cadence
