What will be your mission?:
Ensure the financial and operational health of the hotels through the analysis of critical data, continuous monitoring of key indicators, and the identification of improvement opportunities. Drive revenue optimization, cost control, and loss prevention to maximize EBITDA.

What will you do?:
- Analyze Business Intelligence reports (Golden Eye, Quest and others) related to revenue, expenses,



and operational processes that impact the P&L.;
- Continuously track the achievement of objectives in critical indicators that affect EBITDA, identifying improvement opportunities and proposing strategies to optimize revenue and reduce costs.
- Guide hotels through key processes (internal controls, cash returns, front office and F&B; cash counts, room reconciliation, EoD signatures, and P&L; analysis), ensuring full compliance with procedures.
- Deliver training sessions on best practices to achieve financial and operational targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of information and ensure data integrity.
- Detect duplications and optimize commission provisions.
- Maximize upselling revenue.
- Ensure recovery of uncollected amounts from Expedia virtual cards.
- Perform credit and billing controls to prevent working capital losses.
