ABOUT THE ROLE

This position provides the Global focal point for all SCJ Intercompany import and export improvements, system setups, and key projects following SMART planning and global routines / regional supports. This position will help to establish Integral Affiliate Trade policies, procedures, reporting, rituals, and routines. This position will also partner cross functionally to drive demand and supply planning activities in conjunction with logistics and execution. The position is more of COE for Inter-company who’s expert in leading cross-functional / cross-regional projects and implement the function strategy with regional Intercompany SC leads.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work-in-process planner for the Northern Cluster.
- Collaborate with the supply chain planning lead and the purchasing department to develop inventory and safety stock strategies.
- Proactively communicate and escalate potential supply issues (e.g., risks and recommended solutions) to the supply chain planning lead and the cross-functional team. Participate in the cross-functional team's local meeting,



ensuring that issues are escalated in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Plan material inventory control to guarantee service and avoid unwanted excess stock. Proactively analyze minimum order quantities (MOQs) and supplier supply chains to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, resulting in working capital reductions across the supply chain.
- Collaborate on achieving KPIs and making provisions for work-in-process write-offs. Support this by regularly monitoring expiration dates and transitions to avoid impacts on the profit and loss statement.
- Support and promote actions aligned with commercial strategies: identifying deficiencies and scaling up decisions that affect service or costs.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
