About the Role

We are looking for an Operations & Performance Enablement Coordinator (Junior) who will support leadership, Agency Business Coaches (ABCs), the Performance Management team, and all onboarding processes.

This role is central to ensuring programs run smoothly, communication remains clear, and execution stays consistent across the organization. It requires strong organization, high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership, ABC & Performance Team Support
- Support daily alignment and operational execution.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, follow-ups, and program logistics.
- Assist with GSD, APR, and coaching program operations.
- Track priorities, tasks, and handoffs until completion.
- Serve as the operational link between strategy and field execution.

Onboarding (Agency Owners & Agency Staff)




- Manage end‑to‑end onboarding logistics.
- Handle communications, materials, and session coordination.
- Ensure a smooth, clear, and professional onboarding experience.

Program & Project Management
- Manage calendars, logistics, and execution for programs, trainings, and events.
- Track deadlines, deliverables, risk factors, and responsible parties.
- Ensure projects progress from planning to completion.

Communication & Agency Owner Support
- Provide schedules, reminders, next steps, and timely follow-ups.
- Represent the organization with a service-first mindset.

Process, Technology & Reporting
- Build simple dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools.
- Provide leadership with visibility into attendance, participation, and follow-through.
- Use technology and AI tools to improve efficiency and workflows.
- Identify and address bottlenecks before they escalate.
