Description

We are looking for an innovative and experienced Veeva Vault PromoMats Administrator to join our team. The position is responsible for administration of the Veeva Vault PromoMats module, ensuring efficient and compliant management of promotional materials, including user access, content routing, and system configuration, while adhering to regulatory guidelines.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- System Administration:
- Manage user access, permissions, and roles within Veeva Vault PromoMats
- Configure and maintain the system, including workflows, object layouts, and picklists
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to users
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Content Management:
- Manage the lifecycle of materials, including creation, review, approval, and archiving
- Ensure accurate and timely routing of materials for medical, legal, and regulatory review
- Manage digital assets and ensure they are readily available for use
- Process Improvement:




- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency
- Participate in project planning and implementation of new features
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of Veeva Vault configurations and processes
- Provide training and support to users on Veeva Vault PromoMats
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, legal, and regulatory
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED
- Good knowledge of the MLR Process within the Pharma Industry
- 1+ years’ experience in Veeva Vault Promomats administration

PREFERRED
- Experience in using JIRA and Confluence for document tracking
- BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent

SKILLS
- Strong understanding of Veeva Vault architecture and functionality
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Veeva Vault PromoMats
