Focus, Scope, & Impact:
This role offers a unique opportunity to drive strategic growth across Argentina and Uruguay by partnering closely with bottlers and key stakeholders across the Coca-Cola System. We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence and build collaborative relationships that enable sustainable business growth in the region.
- Leads the implementation of Coca-Cola Company’s vision, with strong collaboration internally and externally, able to identify business opportunities and translate them into concrete local plans with an agile and effective decision making.
- Responsible for achieving business growth in “Bottler”, by shaping and implementing core capabilities and managing franchise leadership within multi channels and the KO System.
- Manages the day to day operations of the franchise incl. marketing, commercial, technical and financial. Leads communication flow between “Bottler” and KO concerning priorities, programs,



address market issues and performance; cooperates with bottlers to ensure local relevance and alignment with overall business.
- Monitors performance and evolution of key indicators with execution discipline to achieve the Stills BP objectives (e.g. share, revenues, volume, coverage, prices, etc.). Reviews and implements revenue growth opportunities/solutions.
- Develops processes and systems to increase sales effectiveness and maximize resource allocation. For example: design a segmentation model to leverage and develop operational capabilities to address local opportunities based on customized needs
- Regarding new Stills products this position has two main responsibilities: identify market insights, risks and opportunities and co-create commercial strategy to be considered as input for current innovation processes.
- Wire with other regions and operations (even international) peers to ensure best practice sharing and alignment.
