Role Responsibilities
- Utilizing your knowledge of the organization, our products and/or services you’ll answer inquiries and resolve problems.
- It will be up to you to ensure all case notes are comprehensive and accurate.
- You will focus on 90% support to three countries: Peru, Panama, and Chile.
- You will ensure compliance with the team's objectives.
Role Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in fast-paced environments or roles focused on problem-solving.
- You must be studying business administration or a related field.
- Intermediate English and Excel level.
- Analytical and decisive profile with negotiation skills, and the ability to deal effectively with all types of people.
- Self-motivated.
- Capacity for teamwork and effective communication.
