About the Role:
We're seeking a Marketing & Brand Lead to strengthen and scale Tekton's marketing strategy across key markets. This role will help deepen brand presence, align messaging with business goals, and collaborate closely with revenue and content teams to drive measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design and execution of brand and demand campaigns in USCAN and LATAM
- Ensure brand consistency across internal and external channels
- Lead and manage the content production process, working with internal teams and vendors
- Maintain and update the corporate website, ensuring alignment with messaging, SEO, and user experience
- Manage Tekton's presence on third-party platforms (e.g., Clutch, Glassdoor, AWS)
- Support marketing operations, CRM workflows, and campaign reporting
- Partner with commercial and delivery teams to build impactful sales enablement assets (decks, one-pagers, case studies)
- Align internal and external messaging with Tekton's tone and positioning
