About the RoleWe are not looking for a traditional assistant. We are seeking a highly experienced, C-level Executive Business Partner to provide a strategic uplift to our executive leadership. This is a critical role for someone who views themselves as a "gatekeeper" and "gateway," capable of operating as a seamless extension of the executive. Your mission will be to maximize executive impact by providing clarity in chaos, anticipating needs before they arise, and managing high-stakes operations with complete autonomy.

- Strategic Calendar & Inbox Management:
- Own the executive's time with fierce protection. Proactively manage a complex, dynamic calendar, ensuring time is allocated to st
