The Difference You Make:
The Collections Operations Manager manages one or more teams within the Collections Division. This person will have multiple direct reports spanning one or more functions / processes in the division. Depending on the processes / functions under management, can be up to a member of the Collections Senior Staff, reporting to the Director / Senior Director of Collections.
- Strong job knowledge across all processes under management.
- Effective in management, execution of processes / functions, while identifying and addressing risks associated with responsibilities under management.
- Manages team effectively and provides direction to the roles, responsibilities across the team.
- Maintains communication with peers and management across the division, Ops and the Bank as a whole.
- Strong technical skills supporting processes / functions under management.
- Leads by example in expanding technical skills.
- Builds strong teams and works to set strategic direction for functions under management.
