Straight Green Card is looking for a Head of Growth to lead our entire commercial growth operation.
This is not simply a marketing or sales position.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the full growth engine — Lead Generation, Sales, Paid Media, Brand, Partnerships, Community, Outreach, Pricing, and Commercial Strategy.
The Head of Growth will report directly to the COO and CEO and will have significant autonomy to propose changes, build teams, hire staff, test new initiatives, and improve our current commercial operation.

Key Responsibilities
Growth & Lead Generation
Significantly increase overall lead volume and qualified leads.
Develop acquisition strategies across multiple channels.
Request, coordinate, and evaluate paid advertising campaigns.
Monitor acquisition costs, conversion rates, lead quality, and ROI.
Identify new growth channels and opportunities.
Own the webinar and event funnel: registrations, show rates, and conversion to evaluation calls.
Sales
Supervise and support the sales operation.




Evaluate sales team performance and conversion metrics.
Review scripts, processes, follow-up systems, and pipeline management.
Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
Own the funnel numbers end to end — people met, contracts sent, sign rate, first payments — and report them weekly.
Run win-back campaigns for prospects who received contracts but never signed.
Improve show rates for booked evaluation calls and shorten the time from call to signed contract.
Products, Pricing & Revenue
Participate in decisions regarding existing services and products.
Analyze pricing and commercial positioning.
Identify opportunities for new products, services, packages, and revenue streams.
Work with leadership to improve the company's overall commercial strategy.
Improve payment completion: deposit sizes, installment plans, and the handoff to collections for signed clients who stop paying.
