Workster is partnering with a leading international technology provider within the iGaming and Sportsbook industry to recruit a Turkish-speaking Business Development Manager. This is a fully remote B2B opportunity, open globally with a preference for candidates based in EMEA, including Turkey.
The role will focus on driving new B2B partnerships, expanding the company’s presence across key markets, and promoting an innovative portfolio of iGaming, Sportsbook, and AI-powered technology solutions.
Your Role
Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities within the iGaming and Sportsbook industry
Build and manage a strong pipeline of operators, platforms, aggregators, and other industry partners
Drive the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing
Present and promote Sportsbook, gaming, platform, and AI-powered solutions to prospective partners
Develop relationships with key decision-makers across international iGaming markets
Identify opportunities where AI-driven technology, automation, personalisation,



and data insights can create additional value for partners
Negotiate commercial agreements and establish long-term strategic partnerships
Represent the company at international iGaming conferences, exhibitions, and networking events
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies across iGaming and Sportsbook
Collaborate with product, commercial, marketing, and technical teams to support client acquisition and growth
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline information, and commercial reporting
Meet and exceed agreed revenue and business development targets
Your Qualifications
Fluency in Turkish and English
Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Commercial roles specifically within iGaming and/or Sportsbook
Strong existing understanding of the B2B iGaming ecosystem
Experience selling technology, platforms, Sportsbook solutions, gaming products, or related B2B services
