We are looking for a NOC Wholesale Engineer to join our Global Carrier Operations team.

This role is adecuado for telecom professionals with experience in VoIP, SIP, SMS, and Network Operations who enjoy troubleshooting complex technical issues in a fast-paced international environment.

You will play a key role in ensuring the availability and performance of our global voice and messaging services while collaborating with international carriers and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and support VoIP and SMS services in a 24/7 NOC environment.
- Troubleshoot complex technical incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Monitor network performance and service KPIs.
- Perform voice quality and SMS delivery testing.
- Analyze SIP signaling and messaging behavior.
- Coordinate incident resolution with telecom carriers and vendors.
- Escalate and follow up on critical incidents.
- Maintain service availability while meeting SLA commitments.





Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Telecom NOC or Technical Support role.
- Hands-on experience with:
- VoIP
- SIP
- SMS platforms
- Experience working with telecom carriers or in a Wholesale Telecom environment .
- Experience troubleshooting production issues.
- English proficiency: B2 or higher (written and spoken).

Experience with one or more of the following:
- SMPP
- SS7
- Wireshark
- SIP Traces
- Linux
- SQL
- Grafana
- Kibana
- Nagios
- ASR / ACD / DLR KPI analysis

Work Schedule
- 24/7 rotating shifts.
- Includes weekends and public holidays.
