About the Role

Position Title: Argentina Service Manager

Responsibilities

- Establish, improve and manage the after-sales service system for local dealers.
- Conduct on-site repair and technical support for agricultural machinery at end-user sites; handle urgent after-sales feedback.
- Build and manage the full lifecycle of after-sales spare parts operations.
- Oversee regional service coordination and perform on-site maintenance during business trips across the territory.

Qualifications

- Proficient in Spanish and English for daily work communication.
- Solid knowledge of agricultural machinery; minimum 8 years’ working experience in agricultural machinery after-sales service; prior management experience is preferred.
- Hands-on capability to repair agricultural machinery and diagnose equipment malfunctions.




- Possess a valid local Argentine driver’s license with proficient driving skills; willing to travel frequently.
- Strong analytical thinking, judgement and interpersonal communication skills; hard-working and pragmatic.

Required Skills
