Job Requirements

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in International Trade (no other degrees accepted).

- 1–2 years of relevant work experience in international trade and/or logistics (mandatory).

- Previous experience in tasks such as shipment coordination, purchase order processing, shipment follow-up, and communication with freight forwarders, logistics companies, suppliers, and/or international customers.

- Fluent spoken and written English (mandatory).

- Advanced Excel skills.

- Residing in nearby areas: Ituzaingó, Castelar, Morón, San Justo, Ramos Mejía or surrounding areas.

Main Responsibilities

- Provide daily support to the Logistics Department.

- Coordinate and follow up on international shipments.

- Prepare, send and follow up on purchase orders.

- Prepare and review export and shipping documentation.

- Monitor shipment schedules, ETDs/ETAs and departures.

- Coordinate the dispatch of product samples.

- Maintain regular communication with freight forwarders, logistics providers, international customers and suppliers.





- Follow up on pending documentation and operational matters related to ongoing contracts and shipments.
