We're looking for a Business Development Representative to own outbound prospecting and pipeline generation for a fast-growing B2B SaaS company selling QuickBooks automation tools to accounting firms, CPAs, and finance teams. You will make cold calls, send outbound emails, qualify inbound leads, and book meetings for the sales team.
This is a cold calling-first role. The primary channel is the phone. You will be calling accounting firms, controllers, and finance leaders, opening conversations about how they currently manage their month-end close, and booking demos for the sales team. If you are confident on the phone, resilient under rejection, comfortable working HubSpot, and motivated by clear activity metrics and measurable output, this role is a strong fit.

What You'll Work On
Cold Calling and Outbound Outreach
Make outbound cold calls to accounting firms, CPAs, controllers, and finance leaders daily
Open conversations naturally, qualify interest, and book meetings for the sales team
Handle objections confidently and keep conversations moving toward a booked outcome
Send outbound emails alongside calls as part of a structured multi-touch outreach cadence
Inbound Lead Response
Respond to inbound leads quickly and qualify them against defined criteria
Book qualified prospects into demo calls with the sales team
Follow up on open inbound inquiries until they are converted or disqualified
HubSpot and CRM Management
Log all call and email activity accurately in HubSpot after every interact
