We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and proactive Learning Content Operations Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of learning and enablement content operations.
This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of Curriculum, Certification, and Localization content, including development, release, maintenance, updates, and deprecation. The Learning Content Operations Manager will work across multiple teams to ensure content is delivered on time, dependencies are effectively managed, and stakeholders have clear visibility into upcoming releases and priorities.
The adecuado candidate is a strong operator and project manager who can bring structure to complex initiatives, identify operational gaps, solve problems proactively, and continuously improve content workflows and processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesLearning Content Operations & Lifecycle Management
Own the operational lifecycle of learning and enablement content, from planning and development through release, maintenance, updates, and deprecation.




Manage timelines and milestones for Curriculum, Certification, and Localization releases and deprecations.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive learning content release roadmap aligned with broader Enablement initiatives and business priorities.
Ensure content releases are planned, coordinated, and executed efficiently and within agreed timelines.
Maintain visibility into upcoming releases, changes, dependencies, risks, and key milestones.
Establish structured processes for content maintenance, version management, updates, and retirement.
Release Management
Coordinate end-to-end content release activities across content creators, reviewers, localization teams, enablement stakeholders, and other cross-functional partners.
Track release schedules, dependencies, deliverables, and critical milestones.
Identify potential risks and bottlenecks early and drive timely resolution.
