About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Editor/Designer who combines video editing, motion design, static design, and hands-on AI-generated content (AIGC) expertise.
You'll create high-performing paid social and digital creative across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Shorts, and Google, working with traditional footage, UGC, client assets, and AI-generated content.
AI is a core part of this role. We're specifically looking for someone who has already produced and shipped AI-generated creative for real clients or brands, not someone who is simply interested in experimenting with AI.
You'll generate AI visuals and video, build AI-assisted UGC, work with synthetic voice and talent, extend traditional footage with generative tools,



and help establish repeatable AI creative workflows and quality standards.
This is a senior hands-on production role for someone who understands both creative craft and performance.
What You'll Do
AI Visuals & AIGC Production
Generate and art-direct AI visuals for paid creative, including product scenes, environments, characters, backgrounds, B-roll, hero images, and generative video.
Prompt, iterate, and direct across image and video generation models to achieve specific creative briefs.
Work with tools such as Gemini/Nano Banana, Sora, Veo 3, Midjourney, Flux, Runway, Kling, Arcads, ElevenLabs, and similar emerging platforms.
Build AI-assisted UGC and spokesperson creative, evaluating when synthetic talent is appropriate versus real creator footage.
Combine generative and traditional workflows using techniques such as generative fill, extension, upscaling, restoration, relighting, lip-sync, dubbing, AI
