The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving organic growth for BSL by identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities across HR Outsourcing, Training and Procurement Outsourcing services. The role will proactively develop relationships with existing and prospective customers, understand their business requirements and work with BSL's operational functions to develop tailored solutions that address those requirements.
The Business Development Manager will own and develop a portfolio of strategic accounts and prospects, build qualified pipeline, progress opportunities through the business development lifecycle and support their conversion into contracted business. The role will represent BSL externally at customer meetings, industry events, exhibitions, business councils and other relevant forums, and will provide market, customer and competitor intelligence to support BSL's growth strategy.Working under the direction of the Head of Growth,



the Business Development Manager will take ownership of assigned accounts and opportunities and progress them through the business development lifecycle
· Proactively identify, develop and qualify new business opportunities through customer engagement, market research, networking and industry relationships.
· Expand network and customer base for all BSL services including HR Outsourcing Services, Procurement Outsourcing Services and Training Services.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including senior decision-makers, to understand their requirements, develop tailored solutions and drive revenue growth.
· Own and develop a portfolio of assigned customers and prospects, maintaining regular engagement and progressing relationships into qualified business opportunities.
