The BD & Growth Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting BSL's business development activities while ensuring the effective management of Growth operations, including bid management, CRM governance and business development reporting. The role will coordinate the Bid / No Bid and proposal process, maintain accurate and timely CRM and pipeline information, and produce regular and ad-hoc growth reports.
In addition to these operational responsibilities, the role will actively support business development by engaging with existing and potential customers, identifying new opportunities, understanding customer requirements and supporting the development of appropriate BSL solutions across HR Outsourcing, Training and Procurement Outsourcing. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, the role will work under their day-to-day direction while supporting the wider Growth strategy established by the Head of Growth

Duties and Responsibilities

Reporting, Processes and Tools:
· Own the day-to-day governance and integrity of the Growth CRM, ensuring opportunities, customer contacts,



values, stages, activities and relevant background information is complete, accurate and up to date.
· Conduct regular CRM reviews with relevant business/division owners and follow up on missing, outdated or inaccurate information. Maintain accurate pipeline information and support the Head of Growth and BD Manager with pipeline forecasting and analysis.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of business activities
· Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities and achievements.
· Assisting with drafting business plans, sales pitches, quotations, presentations, contracts to potential clients and other relevant documents.
· Collaborate with the pricing and contracts teams to implement growth strategies and business development / sales plans.
