Job Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day quality liaison support for FSP 360 customers in partnership with Corporate Quality.

Support customer engagements with strategic and tactical discussions on quality assurance strategies, trends and needs

Assist with Monitoring Quality Oversight activities, including tracking quality signals, documenting findings, and supporting follow-up actions. Potential onsite oversight visits required.
Support FSP360 Quality Governance activities, including preparation of materials, maintenance of trackers, facilitation of routine meetings, and follow-through on agreed actions.




Support audit and inspection readiness and customer facing response process and activities including collection of documentation, coordination of stakeholders, and tracking of actions or responses.
Work with FSP 360 teams to elevate quality issues appropriately and support resolution planning and follow-up.
Partner with operational teams to reinforce compliance with applicable procedures, standards, and quality expectations.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and support implementation of new or revised quality procedures and tools.

Perform other quality-related or enablement-related activities as assigned.
