You will investigate drivers of results, elevate issues clearly, and contribute to process and control enhancements.Job responsibilitiesPrepare daily P&L; and balance sheet reporting for assigned products and trading desksProduce, consolidate, and analyze daily, monthly, and annual P&L; results and related metricsExplain P&L; movements through variance analysis and clear commentary for stakeholdersSupport month-end close activities, including reconciliations, substantiation, and control checksPartner with trading, business management,



and Finance teams to deliver timely and accurate reportingCoordinate with front office and back office support functions to resolve breaks and control issuesIdentify control gaps and implement enhancements to strengthen the reporting and close processProvide analytical and project support for new initiatives, process improvements, and change deliveryManage ad hoc analysis requests with strong prioritization and attention to detailRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills2 years of experience in product control, financial control, or a closely related finance roleExperience producing and explaining P&L; and supporting month-end close processesBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present financial drivers clearlyProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including building and reviewing structured workbooks and analysesAbility to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurately under time-sensitive deadlinesDemonstrated ownership mindset and commitment to strong controls and continuous improvementPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsStrong accounting knowledge, including understanding of key financial statement conceptsExperience supporting trading desks or markets-related products in a financial services environmentExperience improving controls, procedures, or reporting workflows through process enhancementsExperience collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups and working effectively in a team-oriented environment
