What is this role about?
This role will facilitate in financing and leasing process for our customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
This role will work closely with car buyers to assess their financial needs, present suitable financing options, and finalize agreements with lending institutions.What will YOU do?
Provide financing & leasing support to customers by providing financing and leasing options for vehicle purchasesEvaluate customer creditworthiness by reviewing financial documents and running credit reports; ensure loan applications are complete and accurateDevelop and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and leasing companies to secure competitive financing terms for customersEnsure all necessary paperwork for loans, leases,



and vehicle registrations are accurately processed and compliant with company policies and legal regulationsProvide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering financial advice to clientsWork closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and offer customized financial solutions that align with their budget and preferencesStay up-to-date with industry regulations, financing trends, and dealership policies to maintain compliance and improve service deliveryWhat will YOU need?
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or any other related coursesProven experience in automotive finance, leasing, or a similar financial services roleStrong understanding of financing options and leasing terms for vehicle purchases.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in handling financial documentsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practicesProficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with dealership software is a plus
