CNGR Advanced Material is looking for a Budget & Cost Accounting Team Leader to join our Finance team in Jujuy, Argentina.
This role plays a key part in overseeing accounting operations, expense management, fixed asset control, and the implementation of financial systems in a large-scale mining/manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesReview corporate payments and personal expense reimbursement documents.
Verify and audit personal and corporate transactions (loans, receivables, and payables).
Monthly Expense Summary & AnalysisRegister accounts, establish expense standards, and submit monthly expense analysis reports by the 5th of each month.Lead the implementation of a three-tiered fixed asset management mechanism (labeling, monthly inspections).
Manage monthly depreciation and inflation adjustments for fixed and intangible assets.Conduct semi-annual and annual asset inventory counts and issue the corresponding reports.Drive the successful implementation and daily use of financial systems (FSSC, SAP).




Develop and update internal financial policies and procedural guidelines.Support team communication, workflow coordination, and leadership-assigned tasks.QualificationsEducationMust Have: Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.ExperienceMust Have: 3+ years of financial work experience.Preferred: Experience in foreign-invested enterprises, multinational projects, or the mining/energy industry.LanguagesMust Have: English (working proficiency).
Core SkillsMust Have: Solid financial knowledge and hands-on accounting experience.Preferred: Advanced Excel/WPS and PowerPoint; SAP experience; finance professional certification (CPA or equivalent).
Special RequirementsWillingness to travel to and work at the Puna Camp site (high-altitude location)Working ConditionsFull time on site (No remote work available) - 9 to 18 hs
