About the role
We are looking for a Finance Analyst to join our Finance team in Argentina.
In this role, you will support key accounting and financial close activities, working collaboratively within the local Finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
In addition to your core accounting responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to take on a stretch assignment focused on Internal Controls, gaining exposure to internal and external audits, control documentation, process reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
Support accounting activities and month-end financial closing processes.
Perform and review account reconciliations and supporting documentation.
Support the accounting and recording of financial transactions.
Participate in internal and external audit activities, preparing information and documentation as required.
Support the documentation, execution, and monitoring of internal controls and procedures.
Analyze Finance processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization.
Collaborate with Finance team members and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of activities.

Required qualifications — MUST
University student pursuing a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or another related field.
Approximately 2year of professional experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Internal Controls, or a related area.
Good analytical skills with strongattention to detail.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Basic to intermediate English communication skills.
Availability to work full-time.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a structured and methodical way.
Collaborative mindset and results-oriented approach.
3. Preferred qualifications — NICE TO HAVE
Previous experience or exposure to internal or external audit, internal controls, or compliance-related activities.
Experience participating in month-end closing processes and account reconciliations.
Knowledge or previous experience using an ERP system, preferably SAP.
Knowledge of process improvement or continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience with Power BI or other data analytics/visualization tools.
