Halter is building teams in Argentina and Uruguay with remote sales and a Buenos Aires presence.
You will own logistics, IT onboarding, the office, local vehicle fleet, and team moments that keep the teams connected.
You'll work closely with NZ, US-based teams, ensuring onboarding and operations run smoothly.You don't need a traditional People background; we value hospitality, curiosity, initiative and the ability to turn ambiguous priorities into solid processes while growing with the company.
