Role Purpose:Serves as the primary local financial steward and strategic advisor to the General Manager, integrating local operations with centralized Corporate Accounting, Tax, and Treasury teams during a critical period of operational transition and business transformation.ResponsibilitiesFinancial Governance: Act as the local integrator between site leadership and centralized finance functions, ensuring legal entity compliance and operational control.Financial Reporting & Transition Accounting: Oversee local financial closes, external audits, and transition-related accounting (including restructuring provisions, asset realignments, and transition costs).
Treasury, Cash & Tax Advisory: Collaborate with Corporate Treasury on FX risk management, cash flow forecasting, working capital, and local statutory tax compliance.Strategic Business Partnership:



Advise local leadership on cost management, financial discipline, and corporate-to-local strategy translation.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience in multinational manufacturing/industrial companies.Proven track record of influencing cross-functional decisions without direct authority in a matrix structure.Hands-on experience with USD functional currency, FX/inflation management, and corporate restructurings or operational transformations.Fluent in English and SpanishAdvanced ERP capabilities (SAP preferred).
