This is a great opportunity for developers interested in healthcare interoperability, working with real-world clinical data standards in a modern TypeScript environment.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain backend integrations connecting our systems with Epic's EHR platform using Epic's proprietary SDK/agent frameworkWork with healthcare data formats, primarily HL7 (XML) and FHIR (JSON)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable data exchangeWrite clean, well-tested,



maintainable TypeScript codeTroubleshoot and resolve integration issues across systemsParticipate in code reviews and contribute to technical best practicesRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong hands-on experience with TypeScript and backend developmentSolid understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and service architectureComfortable learning and working with proprietary SDKs/frameworks (Epic's agent framework)Good communication skills and ability to work in a remote, English-speaking environmentNice to HaveExperience with React (frontend exposure is a plus)Experience with interoperability standards, especially HL7 and/or FHIRBackground in JavaScript (candidates transitioning from JS are welcome)Prior experience in healthcare tech / EHR systems
