ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Workday Financials Consultant to provide hands-on configuration and support across multiple Workday Financials domains on a contract basis within a lean, high-performing Finance Solution Delivery team.

You will troubleshoot production issues, design scalable solutions, and partner with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions.

The role requires 8+ years of Workday Financials experience and the ability to operate independently across multiple functional areas, with a primary focus on Financial Accounting, Expenses, and Business Assets.

Banking & Settlement is a secondary priority, while Procurement is being phased out.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Provide hands-on configuration and support across multiple Workday Financials domains.

- Act as a versátil resource, stepping into priority areas based on business demand.

- Support production issues, troubleshoot defects, and deliver timely resolutions.

- Design and implement scalable solutions aligned with long-term platform health.





- Partner with functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions.

- Contribute to ongoing enhancements, optimizations, and process improvements.

MUST HAVES

- 8+ years of hands-on Workday Financials experience .

- Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes within Workday .

- Experience supporting both production support and project-based work.

- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

- Strong problem-solving and systems thinking capabilities.

- Proven expertise across multiple Workday Financials domains , with a primary focus on Financial Accounting, Expenses, and Business Assets , secondary experience in Banking & Settlement , and exposure to Procurement, which is being phased out.

- Upper-intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES

- VNDLY experience.

- Experience Workday Accounting Center and Prism.

- Experience working in a lean team with broad domain ownership.

- Familiarity with Workday integrations and reporting.

- Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives.

- Exposure to Workday Orchestrations or automation frameworks.





- Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders.

Requirements
8+ years of hands-on Workday Financials experience.

Strong understanding of end-to-end financial processes within Workday.

Experience supporting both production support and project-based work.

Proven expertise across multiple Financials domains, including: - Top Priority Areas - Financial Accounting (highest priority), Expenses, Business Assets.

- Secondary - Banking & Settlement.

- Lower Priority / De-emphasized: Procurement (phasing out).
