Job Title: Customer Support Associate
What would you do Provide functional and or technical support of customer problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries.
Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests issues in a timely manner.
Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents.
You will be working as a part of a team which uses a systematic approach for buying all the goods and servYou will be working as a part of Procurement management team which uses a systematic approach for buying all the goods and services needed for a company to stay sustainable They are involved in the identification of need finding and qualifying the suppliers requesting proposals negotiating with suppliers contracting delivery and analyzing results
