3+ years as a Business Analyst in Agile development environmentsStrong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrumban, or SAFe), backlog management, prioritization, and estimation techniquesHands-on experience with Jira or Azure DevOps for backlog management, user stories, and workflow trackingExcellent communication, facilitation,

and clarify business requirements, resolving gaps and ambiguitiesAct as liaison between business and technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and resolving conflicting prioritiesCollaborate with the Technical Manager, Architect, and development team to support planning and deliveryFacilitate Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Scrum eventsSupport estimation activities and maintain a high-quality product backlogDrive process improvements to enhance backlog quality and delivery efficiencyCreate and maintain documentation to ensure transparency and alignment What's working at Dev.Pro like?
