What you'll do: Salesforce Integration Architect in the Architecture & Engineering EC willServe as the technical authority for Salesforce-centric integration architectures, specializing in middleware and integration platforms such as MuleSoft.
You will design, govern, and oversee the delivery of scalable, secure, and reusable integration solutions that connect Salesforce with enterprise and external systems.
This role requires deep expertise in integration patterns, APIs, and platform interoperability, along with strong client-facing and delivery leadership skills.Own and define end-to-end integration architecture for Salesforce implementations across multiple clouds and enterprise systemsArchitect and govern integrations using MuleSoft, iPaaS platforms, REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven messaging, and ETL toolsDefine and apply enterprise integration patterns including API-led connectivity, synchronous/asynchronous messaging, and event-based architecturesDesign scalable and secure APIs and integration services that support Salesforce business processesDefine data movement, transformation, and orchestration strategies across systemsCollaborate with Salesforce Technical Architects and Developers to align integration design with Salesforce data models, security, and automationProvide architectural guidance on Salesforce APIs, Apex callouts,



outbound messaging, Platform Events, and external servicesEnsure integrations follow Salesforce and MuleSoft best practices for performance, scalability, and securityLead technical discovery sessions focused on integration requirements, system landscapes, and non-functional needsConfidently lead client discussions on integration strategy, middleware selection, and architectural trade-offsAct as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders by translating business requirements into integration-led solution designsSupport pre-sales activities by contributing to solution scoping, estimates, and risk assessmentsIdentify, manage, and proactively mitigate integration-related risks and dependenciesCreate and own integration architecture documentation including API specifications, sequence diagrams, data flows, and deployment modelsDefine environment strategy, CI/CD pipelines, and release management approaches for integration platformsReview designs and implementations to ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practicesMentor and guide integration developers and architects, contributing to practice growth and knowledge sharingWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field6+ years of experience in Salesforce and/or enterprise integration architectureMuleSoft certifications strongly preferred (e.g., MuleSoft Developer, Integration Architect)Salesforce certifications preferred (Administrator, Platform Developer, Integration Architecture Designer)Proven experience acting as an Integration Architect or Technical Lead on complex programsStrong expertise in Salesforce platform integrations,
