Hey network, HyreDay is hiring an Account Strategist for an agency client that builds and runs subscription programs for DTC ecommerce brands.

You would be the main point of contact for a portfolio of brands, the person who keeps work moving, reported on, and talked through every cycle. This is a strategic seat, not just an admin one, so you would be advising clients directly and pushing back when a request does not make sense.

What you'll do

- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of DTC brands
- Advise clients directly on strategy and tactics, then carry the plan back to the team
- Catch mid-cycle requests and name the trade-off instead of absorbing it silently
- Track the status of every objective across assigned accounts
- Run the recurring client review call, reporting live off work status
- Own the reporting process for each account
- Draft scope after client conversations for the Director of Strategy to sequence
- Enter agreed scope into the task board and assign work across the team
- Flag when a proposed scope is bigger than a cycle can realistically hold





We're looking for someone who

- Has experience inside a growing DTC or ecommerce brand or agency
- Has real depth in subscription programs: churn versus failed payments, cancel flows, dunning and payment recovery, billing cadence
- Is hands on in the Shopify admin, including products, variants, discounts, and checkout
- Is hands on in Klaviyo, including flows, campaigns, segments, and performance
- Has working knowledge of at least two or three subscription platforms such as Recharge, SKIO, Loop, or Stay AI
- Can lead a strategic conversation with a client and be believed in the room
- Has strong spoken and written English, C2 level required
- Has platform migration or subscription audit experience, a plus but not required
