Role Description The AI Development Engineer - Management Level -English Required is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven software solutions. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing research and development initiatives, guiding the architecture and programming of AI systems, and coordinating testing and validation processes to ensure reliability and performance. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring other engineers, and setting technical standards and best practices for AI projects.

The engineer will also document designs and results in English, communicate progress to stakeholders,



and help shape the product roadmap in alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong Research and Development (R&D;) skills, including the ability to design experiments, evaluate emerging AI technologies, and translate findings into practical solutions.
- Experience in Software Development and Programming, with proficiency in modern languages and frameworks used in AI and backend systems (e.g., Python, C++, Java, or similar).
- Proficiency in Testing methodologies, including unit, integration, performance, and validation testing for AI models and software components.
- Working knowledge of Electronics or embedded systems, enabling integration of AI solutions with hardware platforms when required.
- Management-level experience leading technical teams, setting priorities, and delivering complex projects on schedule.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, for documentation, collaboration, and stakeholder presentations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, AI, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), cloud platforms, and version control tools is highly beneficial.
