As our People Analytics Advisor, you will be part of the BI&A; – Business Insights & Analytics team (focused on HR) and responsible for providing Accenture business and HR leaders with strategic and operational analytics and insights to enable data-led decision making. This will involve collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends and patterns across areas such as learning, skills, talent, workforce, and engagement.. You will also work with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies based on your findings.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the face of the BI&A; – Business Insights & Analytics team, advising senior stakeholders on the most complex analytic needs and challenges in the talent/HR space.
- Provide strategic decision support to Business and HR Leads, leveraging AI-generated insights to accelerate analysis and sharpen recommendations.
- Effectively design and deliver analytic solutions—including AI-powered models and automated reporting—that address the nuanced and complex needs of our business.
- Explore and implement responsible AI applications in people analytics, including predictive modeling, natural language interfaces, and generative AI for narrative insight delivery.
- Combine and analyze data from multiple HR sources, identifying trends, drivers, risks, and opportunities.
- Turn findings into concise executive insights and recommendations.Work across the ecosystem to strategically influence our products, services, and offerings based on customer feedback and emerging AI capabilities.
- Communicate priorities and needs to others on the team to influence and drive the vision and roadmap of our products.
- Advocate and help drive a data-driven culture, with a focus on AI fluency, data literacy, and self-enablement of our Digital Analytics products.
- Stay current on the evolving landscape of AI in HR and people analytics, bringing new tools and methodologies to the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, human resources, statistics, or data science.
- 3 years of experience in people analytics or a related field.
- Strong business storytelling and data visualization skills.
- Experience advising senior and executive-level stakeholders in an analytics-focused environment, including challenging requests, managing expectations, and aligning competing priorities.
- Demonstrated and progressive experience in HR with a focus on analytics and reporting—or—in a data and analytics role with exposure to HR or people leaders.
- Hands-on experience with AI or machine learning tools applied to workforce or business analytics (e.g., predictive attrition, skills inference, generative AI for reporting).
- Familiarity with responsible AI principles and the ability to communicate AI-driven insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with driving change and adoption of new ways of working and innovative solutions, including AI-powered tools.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and organize a large volume of highly complex work.
- Strong knowledge of analytic tools and methodologies in a relevant area (e.g., Power BI, GCP, SQL, or equivalent).
- Skilled in effectively negotiating priorities and translating requirements into meaningful work plans and objectives for the team.
