About DM Containers

DM Containers is a fast-growing shipping container trading and leasing company with grass roots in Lithuania. We buy, sell and lease shipping containers across general markets, with a strong and growing presence in Latin America. We're scaling aggressively across the region and need someone who can own that growth.

The Role

You'll be the engine behind our LATAM expansion. This isn't account management. You're hunting new business, building partnerships, and pushing into new markets. You think strategically, move fast, and don't stop.

What You'll Do

- Sell and lease shipping containers to businesses across LATAM Markets we operate in and expand into new ones
- Build pipeline through relentless outreach, networking and market presence
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close across both sales and leasing deals
- Identify new verticals and buyer segments including construction, logistics,



storage and industrial
- Build long-term partnerships with regional operators, logistics companies and port-side buyers
- Track market trends, port activity and competition to stay ahead

What We're Looking For

- 3 to 5 years in B2B sales with experience in equipment rental, shipping containers or logistics
- A hunter who creates opportunities rather than waiting for them
- Someone who can map a market, identify the right targets and build a plan to win
- Deep understanding of how business gets done in LATAM
- Full professional fluency in Spanish required. Portuguese a strong plus for Brazil coverage
- High energy, ownership mindset, no excuses
