We invite an Intermediate Scrum Master to join our cross-functional team developing internal applications for a integral fintech company. You’ll facilitate Agile practices and ceremonies while helping ensure effective team collaboration. This role combines Scrum Master responsibilities with people management activities, including conducting 1:1s, supporting professional development, and participating in performance reviews.

✅ Is that you?
2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
Strong understanding of the Scrum framework and Agile principles
Experience facilitating Scrum/Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning sessions, retrospectives)
Previous experience in people management
Experience conducting 1:1 meetings with team members
Experience supporting professional development of team members
Experience participating in or conducting performance reviews
Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with individual team members
Ability to guide and support a proactive team in its day-to-day work
Hands-on experience with Jira
Upper-Intermediate English level
