Role Description: The Sponsorship Sales Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for securing sponsorships for Bamberg Health events, programs, and initiatives. This position involves identifying and qualifying potential sponsors, conducting outreach, and building long-term relationships with key decision-makers across the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors. Day-to-day tasks include managing a sponsorship sales pipeline,



preparing proposals and tailored sponsorship packages, negotiating terms, and closing agreements in alignment with revenue targets and company objectives. The specialist will collaborate closely with marketing and events teams to ensure sponsor expectations are met, deliverables are executed, and opportunities for renewal and upselling are identified. Regular reporting on sales performance, market feedback, and lead generation activities is also a core part of the role.

Qualifications
Strong Sponsorship Sales and Sponsorship experience, with a track record of securing and managing sponsorships or partnerships.
Proven Sales skills, including pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals in a B2B environment.
Effective Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication and confident presentation skills.
