About Not Average
Not Average is a small, remote creator marketing agency working with international brands, particularly in gaming and technology.

We help brands plan and execute campaigns with relevant creators, using our own platform to research opportunities, select creators and manage campaigns.

We’re looking for an Account Executive to own the commercial relationship with brands: from first outreach to negotiation, closing and repeat campaigns.

Your role
You will bring new brands into the agency and develop those relationships over time. This includes finding the right contacts, starting conversations, understanding their needs, negotiating proposals and turning successful campaigns into repeat business.

You’ll work directly with our founder and creator operations specialist. Our founder handles negotiations with creators; you handle negotiations and commercial relationships with brands.

What you’ll do
Identify and research brands that could benefit from creator campaigns.
Find relevant decision-makers and contact them through email,



LinkedIn and professional introductions.
Lead discovery calls in English to understand campaign objectives, audiences, budgets and timelines.
Develop campaign proposals with our team, ensuring the scope and creator options are feasible.
Present proposals, handle objections and negotiate pricing and commercial terms within agreed guidelines.
Follow up consistently and move opportunities through to signed agreements.
Manage ongoing brand relationships, coordinating campaign updates and requests with our operations specialist.
Identify opportunities for renewals, additional campaigns and account growth.
Keep opportunities organised, with clear notes, owners and next steps.

What we’re looking for
Experience personally acquiring, negotiating with and closing new B2B clients.
Experience managing client relationships and developing repeat business.
Strong spoken and written English: you can lead sales calls and negotiate independen
