About Gasbot
Gasbot is an Australian IoT company transforming the LPG industry through real-time tank telemetry.
LPG distributors often run customers out of gas not because supply is unavailable, but because they lack accurate visibility into demand. Gasbot solves this by giving distributors real-time information about tank levels, helping them improve deliveries, customer service and operational efficiency.
We are a small, growing international team working with customers across Latin America, Australia, Europe and the Middle East.
As our LATAM presence grows, we're looking for someone exceptional to help us look after our customers, solve problems, build strong processes and grow the region with us.

About the role
This is a highly hands-on role combining Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support coordination and Sales Development.
Approximately:
55–60% Customer Success & Account Management
25–30% Sales Development & regional growth
10–15% systems,



reporting, operations and marketing support
You'll manage LATAM customers after the sale, helping them deploy Gasbot successfully and ensuring issues are followed through to resolution.
You'll also support regional growth by researching target accounts, conducting outbound prospecting, qualifying opportunities and booking meetings.
This is not a role where you'll receive a perfectly built process and simply follow it.
We're a small team. We need someone who sees what needs doing, gets things moving and communicates clearly when something is blocked.

Customer Success & Account Management
You will:
Become the main day-to-day point of contact for assigned LATAM customers.
Coordinate customer onboarding, training and product adoption.
Coordinate hardware delivery, deployment, installation and activation.
Support customers using the Gasbot platform and app.
