At Randstad Digital, we are looking for a Strategic Account Executive / Consulting Account Director to join a leading integral company specializing in Technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute account strategies to grow, retain, and maximize renewals for key accounts.

- Proactively generate new business opportunities, expand existing project scopes, and introduce new capabilities.

- Manage and take full ownership of the account P&L;, ensuring financial performance, integrity, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with top-level decision-makers and C-suite executives.

- Collaborate with sales team members throughout the end-to-end management process from prospecting to closing.





- Build go-to-market pipelines with strategic partners to win new business deals.

- Identify, qualify, and deliver tailored IT service solutions aligned with unique customer needs.

- Apply industry best practices and market trends to position the company as an industry leader.

Mandatory Skills:

- Proven experience working with clients in the Energy, Oil & Gas, and Mining sectors (Mandatory).

- Demonstrated experience managing account P&L;, revenue growth, profitability, costs, and risks.

- Intermediate level of English

- Hands-on sales experience in IT services and managing end-to-end sales processes.

- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a relevant field.
